SecBrain provides software for recording voice memos, storing notes, generating AI-assisted summaries and tasks, and organizing personal knowledge.
By using the website, mobile app, or related services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You may use sign-in providers such as Apple or Google where available.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Some features require a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google under their platform terms, and entitlement state may be managed through RevenueCat on our behalf.
- Refunds, cancellations, and renewals are generally handled through the store where you purchased the subscription unless local law requires otherwise.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the notes, recordings, screenshots, and other content you submit to SecBrain.
You give us and our processors the limited rights needed to host, store, transmit, and process that content solely to operate the service and the features you choose to use.
AI Features
- AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for sensitive decisions.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated results before relying on them.
- SecBrain asks for permission before sending personal content to third-party AI providers for AI features.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, abuse other users, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not submit content that you do not have the right to process or share.
- Do not use the service to build competing datasets, reverse engineer protected systems, or overload the platform.
Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination and Deletion
You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account inside the app.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or if required by law.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or that AI-generated output will be accurate for every use case.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SecBrain and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
